Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview:
a. Our at-home physiotherapy service is provided by licensed and experienced physiotherapists who will visit your residence to deliver personalized care.
b. Services may include assessment, treatment, and therapeutic exercises as deemed appropriate by the physiotherapist.
2. Appointments and Scheduling:
a. Appointments can be scheduled through our online platform or by contacting our customer service.
b. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during scheduling.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
a. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
b. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Fees and Payment:
a. Fees for at-home physiotherapy services will be communicated prior to the appointment.
b. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers.
5. Health and Safety:
a. Clients must inform the physiotherapist of any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or concerns before the session.
b. The physiotherapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment based on the client's health status or safety considerations.
6. Confidentiality:
a. All client information, including health records, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in compliance with privacy laws.
b. Information may be shared with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care with the client's explicit consent.
7. Liability:
a. The physiotherapy service provider is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from the client's failure to follow the physiotherapist's instructions.
b. The client acknowledges inherent risks associated with physiotherapy and agrees to hold the service provider harmless for any adverse effects.
8. Client Responsibilities:
a. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for physiotherapy sessions, including sufficient space and necessary equipment.
b. Clients must adhere to the physiotherapist's instructions and recommendations between sessions to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment.
9. Termination of Services:
a. The service provider reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour during sessions.
b. Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
a. The service provider may amend These terms and conditions with prior notice to clients.
